How do I find the correct remote for my TV or AC model?

You can search using your TV or AC model number (printed on the sticker on the back or side of your device), or by your old remote model number. If you are unsure, email a photo of your old remote to bookmyremotes@gmail.com or raise a ticket on our support desk for instant verification.

Are remotes tested before shipping?

Yes, 100% of our remotes pass a 2-stage infrared frequency tester before packing to ensure every single button transmits the exact required signal.

What is your Replacement Policy (Transit & Defect)?

We provide 72-Hour Transit Damage Protection (with uncut unboxing video proof) and 5-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) replacement for verified electronic defects (via smartphone IR camera test). We dispatch brand-new tested units with free doorstep delivery. Customers must verify appliance model compatibility before ordering.

How long does delivery take across India?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (in rare cases up to 48 hours). Depending on your PIN code, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days with real-time tracking.
