To ensure that every customer receives a remote that works right out of the box, we do not perform rushed, untested shipments. Every unit is checked on infrared frequency meters and battery terminal testers before packing.
- Dispatch Window: All orders are tested, packed, and dispatched within 24 hours (in rare cases up to 48 hours) of receiving order confirmation.
- Operating Days: Dispatches occur Monday through Saturday. Orders confirmed on Sunday or national holidays are dispatched on the following business day.

4. Live Tracking & Notifications
As soon as your package is scanned by our courier partner:
- You will receive an automated SMS and Email notification containing your Air Waybill (AWB) number and direct tracking link.
- You can monitor real-time location updates, out-for-delivery alerts, and delivery confirmation.

48-Hour Transit Defect Protection Promise
If your parcel arrives with physical exterior damage or cracking sustained during transit, please record an uncut unboxing video and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
