If your remote arrives physically damaged or is dead on arrival (DOA), please record a clear uncut unboxing video as soon as you open the package. Send this video along with your Order ID to support@bookmyremote.com within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement promptly. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
